At TEDS Lights and Fans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home's ambiance and comfort. If your new lighting fixture or ceiling fan isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the item in its original packaging with all mounting hardware, instructions, and accessories included to ensure a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit for damage, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
