Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do your ceiling fans come with a warranty?
Yes, all our ceiling fans include a manufacturer's warranty. Most models feature a limited lifetime warranty on the motor and a 1-year warranty on parts and electronics.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and uninstalled condition. Please note that installed fixtures cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Are light bulbs included with the fixtures?
Bulb inclusion varies by product. Please check the 'Specifications' section on the product page to see if integrated LEDs or separate bulbs are included with your purchase.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While TEDS Lights and Fans does not provide direct installation, we provide detailed instruction manuals for all products and recommend hiring a licensed electrician for safety.
How do I choose the right fan size for my room?
For rooms up to 75 sq. ft., we recommend a 36-inch fan. For medium rooms up to 144 sq. ft., a 42-50 inch fan is ideal, and for large areas over 225 sq. ft., look for fans 52 inches or larger.
